An original model cel from an unknown 1930s Fleischer Studios animated film. Featuring a parrot, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process as a reference tool for animators to ensure consistency. Measuring 9"x11" overall, and with an image measuring 3.5"x7.5", the model cel is in poor to fair condition with paint loss and lifting throughout and some dirt on the cel's surface.
