A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring a Sentinel in the middle of an altercation with the X-Men, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the first episode "Night of the Sentinels, Part II," which aired on November 7, 1992. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x7", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, including scratches, minimal black line fade, and paper backing transfer to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
