An original production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine watching as the Acolytes fight back against Fabian Cortez, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the season four episode "Sanctuary, Part II," which aired on October 28, 1995. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the character image measuring 6.5"x5.25", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, including scratches, light black line fade, and paper transfer stuck to the reverse of the paint from storage and studio use. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
